1.Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "You") and 88dewi ("the Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the 88dewi website located at https://88dewi.asia and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

88dewi is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed and operated specifically for players in Malaysia. The Platform offers live dealer casino games, sports betting markets, slots, and related gaming entertainment services, all quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered members, visitors, and any persons accessing the Platform from within Malaysia or elsewhere. 2.Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means a registered member account on the 88dewi Platform.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds held in a Member's Account wallet at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to a Member's Account as part of a promotional offer.
• "Deposit" means any real-money transaction made by a Member to fund their Account using an approved payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to confirm a Member's identity and eligibility.
• "Platform" means the 88dewi website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at https://88dewi.asia.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "RTP" means Return to Player — the theoretical percentage of wagered funds a game returns to players over time.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it may be withdrawn as real funds.
• "Withdrawal" means a request by a Member to transfer funds from their Account Balance to an external payment account.

3.Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the 88dewi Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. 88dewi strictly enforces the minimum gambling age of 21 years. Any Account found to be registered by or used by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and any Balance or Bonus Funds forfeited.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting in a personal capacity).
3. You must not be a resident of, or be accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 88dewi or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or associated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
6. You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from the 88dewi Platform for any reason.

4.Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account on the 88dewi Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed, and any associated balances may be forfeited.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. You must not impersonate any other person or use a false identity during registration. 88dewi reserves the right to verify all registration information against third-party data sources and government-issued identification documents.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify 88dewi immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 88dewi shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.4 KYC Verification

All Members are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before initiating a withdrawal. 88dewi may also request KYC verification at any stage of the account lifecycle for regulatory compliance purposes. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), Driver's Licence, Passport, and proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding three months). 5.Terms of Use

By accessing the 88dewi Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you shall not, and shall not attempt to:

• Access the Platform using automated software, bots, scrapers, or other non-human means without express written consent from 88dewi;
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Platform;
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software;
• Systematically exploit game mechanics, loopholes, or vulnerabilities for financial gain beyond normal gameplay;
• Engage in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes;
• Use the Platform to facilitate, assist, or encourage illegal activity of any kind;
• Reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit any content, data, or intellectual property belonging to 88dewi without authorisation.

88dewi operates on a fair play basis. All game outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) where applicable, and all sports betting outcomes are determined by real-world sporting events. The Company maintains zero tolerance for any attempt to manipulate or exploit game systems.

6.Deposits & Payments

88dewi accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following approved payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the Platform and subject to change at the Company's discretion.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. Processing times vary by payment method.
• 88dewi does not accept cash deposits, postal orders, or cryptocurrency as payment unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Platform.
• In the event of a disputed or chargeback transaction, the Company reserves the right to suspend the Account and recover any funds disbursed prior to resolution.

7.Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified Members at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Key withdrawal conditions include:

• KYC Verification: Members must complete full identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Wagering Requirements: Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as published on the Platform.
• Payment Method Consistency: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Processing Times: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) typically process within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 1–3 business hours. Processing times are not guaranteed and may vary.
• Account Standing: Withdrawals will not be processed from Accounts that are under review, suspended, or subject to an ongoing investigation.

88dewi reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to source-of-funds documentation, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

8.Bonuses & Promotions

88dewi offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, which will be communicated at the time of each offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available only to Members who meet the specific eligibility criteria for each promotion.
• Bonuses credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may generally be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• 88dewi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at its sole discretion with or without notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside of the Platform.
• The Company reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Member has abused or exploited the promotion.

9.Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting services on 88dewi cover a wide range of sporting events including, but not limited to, the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, FA Cup, UFC, and international e-sports competitions.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Odds are subject to change without notice prior to confirmation.
• In the event of a bet being placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, settlement will be determined in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
• Live in-play betting is offered on selected events. 88dewi reserves the right to suspend or restrict in-play markets at any time.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event as displayed on the Platform.
• Bets placed in error — including incorrect team, league, or selection — cannot be voided after confirmation.
• 88dewi reserves the right to void any bet where it has reasonable grounds to believe it was placed in connection with fraudulent activity, match-fixing, or abuse of the betting system.

10.Responsible Gambling

88dewi is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and protecting vulnerable users. The Company enforces the following responsible gambling measures:

• Age Restriction: All Members must be 21 years of age or older. The Company employs age verification procedures and zero-tolerance enforcement.
• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Members may configure in-session time notifications to be reminded of their session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a defined period or indefinitely. During the exclusion period, the Account will be suspended and no access to the Platform will be available.

11.Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88dewi Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:

• Creating multiple Accounts or assisting others in doing so;
• Using stolen, borrowed, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods;
• Money laundering, structuring, or any transaction intended to obscure the origin of funds;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using software tools, exploits, or bots to automate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage;
• Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes against legitimate transactions;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology;
• Any conduct that disrupts the integrity of sporting events upon which bets are placed.

12.Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the 88dewi Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and proprietary data — is the exclusive property of 88dewi or its licensors. No licence to use any of the foregoing is granted by these Terms other than the limited right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 88dewi. Unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property may result in legal proceedings.

13.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88dewi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

In particular, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control (force majeure events);
• Any errors in displayed odds, game outcomes, or account balances that are subsequently corrected by the Company;
• Any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to secure your credentials;
• Any losses or damages arising from your reliance on Platform content for purposes other than personal entertainment.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence to the extent such limitation would be unlawful.

14.Account Suspension & Termination

88dewi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfy KYC or AML requirements;
• Suspected engagement in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited activities;
• At the request of the Member via the self-exclusion process;
• As required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination, any verified real-money Balance remaining in the Account (net of any applicable bonus deductions and pending investigations) will be returned to the Member via the same payment method used for deposits, subject to completion of all verification procedures.

15.Amendments to Terms

88dewi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where the changes are significant, the Company may also notify Members via in-platform notification or email.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Section 14.

16.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law as specified by the Company's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts nominated by the applicable licensing authority.

For Members accessing the Platform from Malaysia, we note that online gambling regulation in Malaysia is governed by the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953, the Lotteries Act 1952, and related legislation. It is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.
